"Not really my style anymore"
I’ll be fair and say some people might still like the look, and the quality isn’t necessarily terrible. But for me, the designs feel a bit cheap and kind of outdated now. They just don’t really match my style anymore.

"Looked Great at First, Then the Strap Gave Out"
I was actually excited when this bag arrived because it looked really nice and seemed like it would be perfect for everyday use. I started carrying it around for work and errands, and for the first couple of weeks, everything seemed fine. Then one day, out of nowhere, the strap just snapped while I was using it. Luckily nothing broke inside, but it was still really frustrating. It’s a shame because I liked the look of the bag, but after only two weeks, I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

"Easy return, just a little slow"
I had to send back a pair of shoes because the size wasn’t right, and I was a bit worried I’d end up stuck with them or out the money for too long. Customer service got back to me in about a day and laid out the return steps clearly, which made the whole thing painless. The refund took longer than I was hoping, so I was checking on it a little more than I wanted to, but it did come through in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish the refund part moved faster.

"Cute, but definitely runs small"
Adorable. I really liked the look of it, but the sizing was smaller than expected. Yikes. I’d probably size up next time.

"Shipping took forever"
My order sat there for days with barely any updates. The delivery date kept shifting, and customer service just sent the same canned replies. Frustrating. Won’t order again if shipping’s like this
